Use the following options to update Vibe content on your mobile device:
Option 1 -
Download the Contegro app (iOS)
TIP: Use your unique ID and portal login to sign in to the Contegro app. Contact our support team if you have not received a unique ID.
Option 2 - Use your mobile browser (iOS and Android)
- iOS
- Open the portal website on your Apple (iOS) device.
NOTE: Please contact your Digital Signage specialist if you have not received the portal address. - Login to the portal:
- Enter your username and password
- Check the Remember Me field
- Click [Login]
NOTE: (i) Click OK to agree to the browser remembering your login details if you are using a private device. However, please consider this before agreeing to save login details on a public device. (ii) Click [Save Password] if you wish to do so.
- When you've successfully logged in:
- Tap the Share icon (the square with the upward pointing arrow)
- Select Add to Home Screen
- In the Add to Home settings:
- Update the icon name (optional)
- Tap Add
- Open the portal website on your Apple (iOS) device.
- Android
- Open the portal website on your Android device.
NOTE: Please contact your Digital Signage specialist if you have not received the portal URL. - Login to the portal:
- Enter your username and password
- Check the Remember Me field
- Click [Login]
NOTE: (i) Click OK to agree to the browser remembering your login details if you are using a private device. However, please consider this before agreeing to save login details on a public device. (ii) Click [Save Password] if you wish to do so.
- When you've successfully logged in:
- Tap the [Settings] button in your browser (icon depicts 3 vertical dots in top right of screen) or the [Menu] button in the action bar
- Select Add to home screen
- In the Add to home screen settings:
- Update the icon title (optional)
- Tap Add
- Open the portal website on your Android device.
