Learn how to use the included templates in your portal:

How To: Upload an image
- In your portal, open Design & Attributes
- Click [+New Slide]
- To create your new slide:
- Enter a slide name
- Select the Default - Advert template
- Click [Save]
- Switch to Design and click the [Background] icon to select an image
- Save your changes.
TIP: To save your changes and close the slide, click [Save]. To add your slide to a playlist, click [Save and update playlists]
That's it! Your new slide will appear on screen after the next successful sync.
Image TIPS:
- For best results, the image dimensions should match your display resolution.

- Auto publish your slide
- Change the duration of your slide

- In your portal, open Design & Attributes
- Click [+New Slide]
- To create your new slide:
- Enter a slide name
- Select the Default - iFrame template
- Click [Save]
- Switch to Design and to enter your URL and an optional footer banner URL.
- Save your changes.
TIP: To save your changes and close the slide, click [Save]. To add your slide to a playlist, click [Save and update playlists]

How To: Share M3U8 and YouTube live-streams
- In your portal, open Design & Attributes
- Click [+New Slide]
- To create your new slide:
- Enter a slide name
- Select the Default-Livestream template
- Click [Save]
- In Attributes, use the Duration setting to:
- Play the entire video
TIP: Leave the duration set to zero (0)
or - Show the livestream for a specific length of time
e.g. enter '30' to show the slide for 30 seconds
TIP: If you do not need to show the entire livestream, use the Start Date and End Date settings to publish your slide at the time that you want the livestream to appear on Vibe. Contact our support team if you need help to set this up.
- Play the entire video
- Switch to Design and select your live stream provider in the Use Content From dropdown:
- Switch to Video and enter:
- Use the Mute Sound? options to mute or play any audio
- Save your changes.
TIP: To save your changes and close the slide, click [Save]. To add your slide to a playlist, click [Save and update playlists]
And there we have it, the slide is ready to be added to a playlist!

How To: Add videos in a few easy steps...
The video template is also a part of our basic digital signage templates. The file format for videos is MP4 H.264 codec (constant framerate*).
TIP: Read this article on video optimisation
Important: Please ensure to encode your video in MP4 format, in the right dimensions. 1920 x 1080px for Landscape, and 1080 x 1920px for Portrait.
- In your portal, open Slides
- Click [Create New Slide]
- To create your new slide:
- Select the 'Video' template
- Enter your slide name
- Click [Save]
- In the Slide editor, use the Duration setting in the Attributes tab to:
- Play the entire video
TIP: Leave the duration set to zero (0)
or
Show the video for a specific length of time
e.g. enter '30' to show the slide for 30 seconds - Upload or drag your video file
- Play the entire video
- When the video upload is complete, add your video slide to one or more playlists
