Every slide requires content to play. The Content Source field, within the Attributes Tab determines which method you will be using to feed information through to your slide.
- Web Portal
- By default, a new slide will open with the Content Source set to Web Portal. This is a fast easy method for adding several items to a slide, and is especially convenient to use when adding photos to noticeboards or photo-boards due to the drag and drop functionality.
- A new slide item can be added by clicking on the + icon to the top right of the screen, opening the list item window.
- Then simply fill in the details requested, e.g title, summary, date, event name etc and dragging in a photo if needed.
- An important feature is the selection of the locations where this list item will appear. This functionality is a useful method for using a single noticeboard slide, while sending different notices to screens depending on their relevance. This can be set up using the location selector.

- Spreadsheet content can be added in various ways;
- either a File Upload (CSV, XLS, XSLX)
- or by linking to a SharePoint (CSV, XLS, XSLX)
- or by linking to Google Drive locations for shared use google sheets.
- Slides that are able to use spreadsheet data will come with a unique spreadsheet template which can be downloaded and used to input the information for the slide.
