How to create content for Desktop Wallpaper

Desktop Wallpaper content is created using existing Vibe slides and converted into static images.
  1. Create or select your content
    Use any content you’ve already created in Vibe (e.g. brand values, cultural messages, purpose statements).

  2. Create a snapshot
    1. Preview your slide
    2. Click the “Create Snapshot” icon

    3. In the popup, select “New Image Slide”
    4. This converts your slide into a Desktop Wallpaper-ready image

  3. Add to a Desktop Wallpaper playlist
    1. Assign the image slide to a relevant playlist.
    2. Note: Only static image slides can be added to Desktop Wallpaper playlists


  4. Schedule your content (recommended)
    1. Use Advanced Scheduling to automate when content appears:
    2. Set start and end dates
    3. Apply recurring schedules
    4. Rotate content over time
