Logging in to Vibe.fyi - iOS App

The Vibe.fyi iOS app gives you quick access to your organisation’s content and monitoring tools from your iPhone or iPad.

  
 

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  • A valid Vibe.fyi site name
  • Your Vibe.fyi username and password, or
  • Access to your Azure account (for SSO login)

Download the Vibe.fyi App

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Search for Vibe.fyi
  3. Install the application

First-Time Login on iOS

  1. Open the Vibe.fyi app
  2. Enter your site name as the unique ID.
    1. Example: If your URL was design.vibe.fyi, enter design.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Enter your username and password.
  5. Tap Sign In.
You will be logged in and connected to your Vibe.fyi Portal.

 


Sign in Using Azure SSO

If your organisation uses Azure Single Sign-On:
  1. Open the Vibe.fyi application.
  2. Enter your site name and tap Next.
  3. On the sign-in screen, press the Sign In button.
  4. You will be redirected to the Azure login page.
  5. Sign in using your Azure account credentials.
Once authenticated, you will be automatically logged into Vibe.fyi.
AlertAzure SSO is only available if it has been enabled for your Vibe.fyi site.

If you do not see the Azure login prompt, confirm SSO is configured or contact your administrator.

FAQ

App won’t accept my login
  • Confirm your portal URL is correct.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try logging in via a browser to confirm your credentials.

2FA not working on iOS
  • Ensure your authenticator app is installed and synced.
  • If you changed phones, your admin may need to reset your 2FA.

How do I stay Logged in?
  • The app may keep you signed in depending on your organisation’s security settings.
  • If your session expires, simply log in again using the steps above.
