Theme Setting for Meeting Room Location

A fast, easy way to customize your meeting room screens to match your branding.

What you can do:

  1. Change header color: Pick any color for the header background.
  2. Upload a header image: Use a branded banner image (recommended size: 1920 x 180).

How to use it

  1. In your admin portal, Go to Settings > Themes
  2. Select a Theme
  3. Scroll down to Meeting Room Location
  4. Choose Header Background Type:
    1. Color: Pick a color.
    2. Image: Upload your 1920 × 180 image.
  5. Click Save to push changes.

Quick tips

  1. Avoid placing texts on images to avoid being obstructed by the Teams Rooms banner.
  2. Keep it simple: a bold color or a clean graphics works best.
  3. Ensure good contrast for readability.
  4. Test in a few rooms before wide rollout.
