Remote Management: Devices

Managing devices efficiently is critical for modern workplaces. We’re excited to announce the launch of our revamped Remote Management Module, designed to streamline the way administrators and users monitor, control, and maintain devices across your organization.

Key Features

Alert
NEW! Updates for August 2026
The latest version brings several significant improvements, making remote device management more intuitive, powerful, and actionable:

Device Grouping: Workplace Screens & Employee Devices

Alert
Available from mid-August 2026
For the first time, devices are clearly separated into two main categories: Workplace Screens and Employee Devices.
  1. Workplace Screens include shared displays and devices intended for common or public viewing, such as conference room displays, webOS devices, Tizen devices, and devices running the Digital Signage App.
  2. Employee Devices are assigned to individual users, such as personal laptops and desktops. Devices running the Desktop Player App fall under this category.
This organization reduces clutter, helps admins focus on relevant assets, and improves navigation when managing a large device fleet.

Enhanced Search Filters

Alert
Available from mid-August 2026
Finding the right device is now faster and more precise. Our improved filters let you:
  1. Sort devices by type, location, orientation or last synced
  2. Apply multiple filter criteria at once
  3. Instantly see results as you type

This makes it easy to locate devices needing attention—whether it’s a screen in a specific meeting room or an employee’s laptop.
