FAQ

What screen size should I choose?
Choose a screen size that matches the native resolution of your physical display (e.g., 1920×1080 for Full HD screens). Using the wrong resolution can cause stretching, black bars, or cropped content.

What happens if my screen resolution doesn’t match my content?
If your screen size and slide dimensions don’t align:
  • Content may appear stretched or squashed
  • Edges may be cropped
  • Black bars may appear around slides
Always design slides using the same dimensions configured in your Screen Size settings.

Do I need a different screen size for portrait displays?
Yes. Portrait screens require swapped dimensions (e.g., 1080×1920 instead of 1920×1080). Make sure you create a separate screen size profile for portrait layouts.

What is the information bar, and when should I use it?
The information bar displays persistent elements such as:
  • Scrolling announcements or branding
Use it when you need always-visible contextual info. Avoid it if your slide designs already include full-bleed visuals that shouldn’t be reduced in height.

Can I change a screen size after screens are already using it?
Yes, but be careful. Updating a screen size will affect all screens assigned to it, which may cause layout changes. If unsure, duplicate the screen size and test first.

Why does my content look blurry?
This usually happens when:
  • The slide resolution is lower than the screen resolution
  • Images are stretched beyond their original size
Always upload media at equal or higher resolution than the screen dimensions.

Can different screens use different sizes?
Yes. You can create multiple screen size profiles to support different display types (e.g., meeting rooms, factory floors, reception displays).
