Templates for Static Images

Templates for Static Images

When it comes to any digital signage, static images generated from Word Docs or PDFs can be a quick way to get content on screen, but they’re not always the most effective way to engage viewers. Large blocks of text or detailed diagrams can be hard to read from a distance, and static slides don’t take advantage of the dynamic capabilities of Vibe.

That said, if you already have pre-designed PDFs — for example, your Health & Safety posters — templates in Vibe’s Media Category are an ideal first step. They allow you to display your existing documents clearly, while leveraging options like scrolling, fit-to-screen, or multi-zone layouts to make the content more digestible, visually engaging, and suitable for looped signage.

Recommended Vibe Templates

1. Image (Multi) – 'Pan & Scroll' Image Coverage Option

Help Guide: Image (Multi)

Why it works:
  • Perfect for images with long content or detailed diagrams.
  • Suitable for any image size or ratio.
  • Allows viewers to see the full image smoothly, ensuring no information is missed.
  • Maintains the integrity of your original design without resizing or cropping.
Use cases:
  • Displaying full safety procedures, compliance charts, or emergency diagrams where details matter.
  • Infographics or maps.
Idea
Keep each image as a separate item so viewers can focus on one at a time.

2. Image (Multi) – 'Fit & Contain' Image Coverage Option

Help Guide: Image (Multi)

Why it works:
  • Fits the entire image on screen - without scrolling.
  • Ensures all content is visible at once, making it ideal for posters, checklists, or key summary pages.
  • Works well for quick-reference safety notices or visual reminders.
Use cases:
  • Static slides of emergency procedures, fire safety posters, or equipment handling instructions.
Idea
Use this template if your images are designed to be seen in their entirety without cropping.

3. Multi-Zone (Image & Video)

Why it works:
  • Splits the screen into two zones, allowing you to show two Images side by side.
  • Helps highlight related content or compare key safety procedures visually.
  • Great for engaging staff by breaking dense content into digestible pieces.
Use cases:
  • Showing a safety procedure on one side and a visual diagram on the other.
  • Comparing dos and don’ts or before and after scenarios.
Considerations:
  1. Layout of image content may dictate whether this layout choice is suitable.
  2. There are no 'Fit & Contain' or 'Pan & Scroll' image coverage options.
Idea
Use consistent layouts across your 10 PDFs so the campaign feels cohesive.
