Vibe Overview: Portal, Player, and Templates

Vibe Overview: Portal, Player, and Templates

Vibe is a workplace communications platform that helps teams create, manage, and deliver visual internal communications across screens, desktops, and devices. Vibe makes messages easier to see, understand, and remember than traditional channels such as email or intranet posts.

The platform is built around three main components:
Vibe separates functionality between the Vibe Portal — where content is created and managed — and the Admin Console, which provides control over users, roles, settings, and integrations.

Vibe Portal — Create and Manage Your Content

The Vibe Portal is your central hub for building, organising, and scheduling content. It is where all messages begin their journey to screens and endpoints across your organisation.

Key Capabilities
  • Build and edit slides: Design content visually using the slide editor — no design or IT expertise required.
  • Organise playlists: Group slides into playlists for sequenced delivery to screens.
  • Schedule content: Define when slides or playlists go live, including recurring, one-off, or date-range schedules.
  • Manage assets: Upload images, videos, and documents for use in slides.
  • Preview content: See how slides will look on screens before publishing.
  • Integrate live data: Display dashboards, KPIs, calendars, or external feeds to deliver dynamic content.
Benefits
  • Quick and easy content creation without reliance on IT.
  • A single place to manage all messages, campaigns, and templates.
  • Ensures content is organised, ready, and published on time.

How It Works Together

The Vibe workflow is simple and efficient:
  1. Create content in the Portal using templates or custom slides.
  2. Arrange slides in playlists and set schedules.
  3. Publish to screens via the Vibe Player app.
  4. Monitor and update content or playlists as needed.
This process allows organisations to run campaigns, share updates, and reinforce culture consistently, with minimal manual intervention.
