Brand Colours

Brand Colours

Keeping your slides consistently on-brand is easy with Vibe.fyi’s Theme Settings. When a theme is applied, your selected colours automatically flow into every newly installed slide. By applying your brand colours at the Theme level, you create a unified, professional look — every time.

Of course, since all Vibe communication slides are fully editable, you can still override theme colours on a slide-by-slide basis for special content or campaigns.

What You'll Need

Choose 4 colours based on your brand guidelines:

  • 2 x Primary Colours – typically a dark and light variation

  • 2 x Secondary Colours – another dark and light pairing for contrast or support

IdeaIf your brand uses just one colour (like Vibe.fyi), you can still build a great theme by adding white, black, grey, or a tinted version of your brand colour.

Colour Format

Use Hex colour codes, e.g. #EA0001
This format ensures your colours display consistently across all screens. A Hex code is a six-digit combination of letters and numbers representing red, green, and blue (RGB) values.

How to Add Your Colours

  1. Log in to the Admin Console

  2. Navigate to: Digital Signage > Settings > Themes

  3. In the Theme Colour Fields, enter your 4 brand hex codes

  4. Head to the Vibe Portal and Preview a slide to see your colours in action

Not Sure About Your Hex Codes?

Try this tool from Adobe to extract colours directly from your logo:
👉 Adobe Color Generator – Upload Logo

Just drag and drop your logo into the tool. Adobe will show you a set of colours pulled from your image, including the Hex codes. Click the copy icon next to a colour swatch, then paste the code into your Vibe theme settings.
