General - Enabling Information Bar

LG Screens

  1. Press the Yellow Button on the remote:  
  2. If using a remote to update the settings, use the arrow buttons to highlight the Disable Information Bar checkbox.
  3. Press the OK button the remote to uncheck the box. If you are using a mouse, simply left click to uncheck the box.
  4. Click on the Save button or use the arrow buttons on the remote to move to the Save button and press OK. 

Windows & Linux Players

  1. Open the Digital Signage Player
  2. On the app settings, check that Disable Information Bar is unticked
  3. Click Save Settings
