General Error

WP400+ Devices 

Screen is not showing data from WP devices
  1. Both the WP box and TV are turned on.
  2. The HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI OUT port of the WP box and plugged into the HDMI 1 slot on the TV. (Ensure the HDMI cable is working properly.)
  3. When selecting HDMI 1, make sure you are controlling the TV itself with its remote. If using a universal LG remote, you might be controlling the WP box instead.
  4. Once you connect it to the proper HDMI connection and still not showing Vibe app click on Home button and select Vibe app
