Data Template Tips

Step 1: In your Vibe portal, open the Slide manager and:
  • Open your 'Graph Churn' slide
    or,
  • Create a slide using the 'Graph Churn' template
Step 2: To download the XLSX data template, choose 'File Upload...' in the Content Source field and click the [Download] button.

TIP: Your spreadsheet can be manually uploaded to your portal, stored in Google Sheets or SharePoint.
Step 3: Update the data in the 3 sheets in the XLSX template locally (using the following as a guide), then save your changes.

Step 4: In your portal, select one of the content source options below in your slide settings and either:
  • Upload your spreadsheet to your portal
    or
  • Work with your team to connect Vibe to SharePoint or Google Sheets and store your file there

Take advantage of downloading our default assets as a guide to create your own, if you wish to change them.
