How To - Perform a Factory Reset

If the support team have suggested that a factory reset is required on your supported LG digital signage display, please locate your screen below and follow the steps:

WebOS v2.0 (SM5KB series) / WebOS v3.0 (SM5KC series)

  1. Press and hold the Settings button until a white bubble appears on the top right corner
  2. Press 0 0 0 0 then OK
  3. On Signage Setup, scroll down to Factory Reset options
  4. Select Factory Reset, Confirm and press OK
  5. Reinstall the Vibe.fyi player

WebOS v3.2 / WebOS 3+ (SM5KD series)

  1. Press the Settings button, and go to Admin
  2. Toggle the switch from OFF to ON
  3. Enter the Pincode 0 0 0 0
  4. Click Factory Reset
  5. Click Confirm. The TV will reset and power off.
  6. Turn the monitor back on. Run through the LG Wizard, and prepare the TV again.
  7. Reinstall the Vibe.fyi player

WebOS v4.0 (SM5KE series)

  1. Press the Settings button, and go to Admin
  2. Toggle the switch from OFF to ON
  3. Enter the Pincode 0 0 0 0 0 
  4. Click Factory Reset
  5. Click Confirm. The TV will reset and power off.
  6. Turn the monitor back on. Run through the LG Wizard, and prepare the TV again.
  7. Reinstall the Vibe.fyi player
