To allow online remote support, please consider installing remote management software onto your Windows machine (e.g. TeamViewer) and contact support@vibe.fyi to provide access to your device.

Install Vibe.fyi player app

1. Download Google Chrome for Windows.
2. Next, download the Digital Signage app for Windows installer (zip folder) from Dropbox:
   
   1. Save to a location on your local drive (not the Desktop)
   2. Extract the zipped files
   3. Run setup.exe
   4. Click "Install"
      
      • Note: If you see a warning saying "Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk" , click "More info" and then click "Run anyway"
   5. App will launch after installation

Configure Vibe.fyi player settings

If you have not received your personalised Site URL, username and password, contact support@vibe.fyi

• Site URL 
• Username
• Password
• Slides Folder - Create a folder on your local drive and select
• Minutes between syncs – The minimum time between syncs should be the length of your total playlist runtime
  e.g. if your total playlist time is 7min, 10s, the time between syncs should be 8 minutes (check with your site administrator if you are unsure or contact support@vibe.fyi)
  
• Seconds between information bar syncs – Leave as default (30 seconds)
  
• Disable information bar – Uncheck if you want to show the information bar whenever an info bar alert is published.
  
• Load Chrome on launch – Check this box to launch Chrome whenever the app is opened
  
  

  Disable this option if you do not want Chrome to automatically open when the Digital Signage app starts

Launch Vibe.fyi Channel

When the settings have been entered correctly, click [Launch Chrome].

Troubleshooting

1. Slides not showing @ Full Screen
   
1. Open Chrome from your Start menu or Taskbar (not the Launch Chrome button in the player)
   
2. In the app settings, click [Launch Chrome]. The slides should show on the browser you've opened in step 1
   
3. Do either of these steps:
   
1. Press F11 to go Full Screen
   
2. Press F12 to enable Developer Tools
   
4. Click the Device Toolbar option in the new window
   
5. Enter the settings in the Device Toolbar, located in the previous window
   
1. Landscape - 1920 x 1080px
   
2. Portrait - 1080 x 1920px
   
2. App is Not Syncing
   If the app is not syncing, please check the following steps:
1. Close the app and open the app again
   
2. Make sure the username, password, and URL are correct
   
3. Delete any extra spaces at the end of the fields

If the app is still not syncing, email support@vibe.fyi to check if your IP address has been blocked from our server.
