Setup Guide - Zoom Rooms

This guide provides detailed steps for configuring Vibe to work on Zoom Rooms compatible devices. Follow the instructions below to ensure proper setup and optimal functionality.

Prerequisites

Device Compatibility

  1. The URL option for digital signage option is currently available only on Zoom Rooms compatible devices.

Licensing Requirements

  1. A Vibe Signage license is required for each Zoom Rooms display.
  2. When creating a new licence, select the Web Browser location type option before saving.

Setup Steps

To add a URL to a Zoom Room's digital signage, you can:
  1. Go to Rooms Management > Zoom Rooms
  2. Select Edit next to the room you want to use
  3. Select the Digital Signage tab
  4. Click Add Content
  5. Select the URL option
  6. Paste in the unique Vibe licence URL for this browser player
  7. Select Add URL and then add 1 item
