Tagging Slides

Content creators can tag slides in the Vibe Portal, with the purpose of filtering their slide view to easily locate content that has been created.

By default, when a slide is created for the first time by a Portal user, the slide will be tagged with their User name and User groupWhen editing a slide, any number of additional tags can be added, to aid searching and filtering in the Vibe Portal.


If tags need to by reorganised or removed, Vibe users with Administrator permissions can:
  1. Rename tags
  2. Change the colour of tags
  3. View the number of slides that have a specific tag
  4. Remove unwanted tags

Rename Tags

  1. In the Admin console, open Settings > Tags
  2. Select the tag you want to rename
  3. Enter a new name in the Tag field and Save
     

Change Colour

  1. In your Admin console, open Settings > Tags
  2. Select the tag you want edit
  3. Choose a colour from the pre selected range and Save

View / Remove Slide Tags

  1. In your Admin console, open Settings > Tags
  2. In the list view, you will see a slide tally beside each tag
  3. Select a tag to open the settings and view all slides
  4. To remove the tag from a slide, click [Remove tag from this slide] and Save
