SoC removes the need for physical media players - decreasing the risk of failure and reducing cost.

Full access to all available remote commands is supported on Tizen 6.5 and above (full version).

Samsung screens and media players running Tizen 4.0, 5.0, 5.5 & 6.0 (legacy version) will have limited remote commands available.

How do I find the model number for my device?
The model name for devices is usually located in one of the following places:
  • On the back or side of the device (a sticker or engraved label)
  • On the original packaging
  • In the device settings (for smart devices or TVs)
How can I find the screen model from a Vibe app running on screen?
  1. Open Vibe admin, and go to License
  2. Click on the Manage Device option, and select a device
  3. You will see the Model Name listed


How can I find the screen model series from a Vibe app running on screen?
  1. Open Vibe admin, and go to License
  2. Click on the Manage Device option, and select a device
  3. You will see the Model Name listed
  4. Series appears after Size. In this example:
    1. 43 is the size of the TV screen.
    2. Model 43UM3DF belongs to the UM3 Series.
