Introducing Advanced Schedule — a robust feature designed to give you precise control over when your slides appear. Whether you need a one-off announcement, a complex recurring presentation plan, or precise timing down to the minute, Advanced Schedule has you covered.
Quick Start Guide
- Toggle the Advanced Schedule panel in your slide.
- Decide between One-Time Dates or Recurring Dates.
For One-Time Dates:
- Add a new date range.
- Set Start Date and End Date.
- Optionally specify Start Time and End Time, or enable All Day.
For Recurring Dates:
- Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
- Configure the pattern (days, weeks, or month occurrence) and time or All Day.
- If needed, add multiple Specific Dates.
- Enable Recurring Date Range and set the Start and End dates for the recurrence window.
If you want Screen Takeover:
- Ensure Advanced Scheduling is enabled.
- Enable Screen Takeover and
- Select the locations where the screen takeover will apply
1) One-Time Dates
One-Time Dates allow you to set a specific date/time frame for a slide to be shown.
Start Date & End Date
- Input a clear start date to begin showing the slide.
- Input an end date to stop showing the slide after a defined period.

Add Date
- You can add multiple non-overlapping one-time dates to stretch the display window.

Time Specifications
- For each date range, you can specify an exact time to show the slide.
- If you want to input a time, simply untick the All Day. When All Day is off, you can define the precise start and end times for that date range.
- Alternatively, you can tick the All Day to remove time specifics, making the slide visible throughout the entire day.

2) Recurring Dates
Recurring dates enable automated scheduling that repeats on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, or on specific dates. Each recurrence may include a start and end time or be designated as all-day. Additionally, a date range can be defined to limit the display period of the slides.
Recurring Settings:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Monthly set date
- Configure Monthly Settings by date of the month:
- Select the date for every month

- Click the Add Date button to add another occurrence for the month.

- Set the Recurring Date Range

- Month — The calendar month in which the rule applies.
- Time window (optional) — The time-of-day range during which the slide is allowed to display on that date.

Recurring Date Range
The Recurring Date Range defines the active period for the recurring schedule (e.g., from Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025). Outside this range, the recurring rule does not apply.
- When enabled, the system uses a start date and end date to determine the duration of the entire recurrence pattern.
- Does not apply to Specific Dates recurring setting

3) Screen Takeover
- The Screen Takeover feature is dependent on Advanced Scheduling.
- Rule: Screen Takeover can be enabled only if Advanced Scheduling is enabled.
- If Advanced Scheduling is disabled, Screen Takeover remains unavailable.
- Enabling Advanced Scheduling unlocks Screen Takeover locations, allowing you to select locations where the screen take over will apply during the selected dates and times
