Manage Your Account

Update your account password

  1. Login to the portal via the Vibe.fyi app or your desktop/mobile browser
  2. Open the portal menu and select Your Account
  3. Enter and confirm your new password before saving

Unlock Account (Locked Account)

If you are locked out of your account due to entering invalid login details, you can wait for your account to be unlocked automatically or contact your administrator to request immediate access.

Reset your account password

If you need to reset your password, there are two options - 1) Follow the steps below or 2) Ask your administrator to send a reset password email to you.
  1. Use your custom URL to access the portal login page
  2. Click the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link

  3. Enter your email address in the Forgotten Password form and click [Send]

  4. Check your inbox and follow the prompts in the password reset email
    NB: Please check your junk folder if the email does not show immediately in your primary inbox. If no email is received, contact your Vibe.fyi administrator or support@vibe.fyi.
