Logging in to Vibe.fyi - Portal & Admin
Logging in is your starting point for managing content, devices, and settings in Vibe.fyi. Use this guide when accessing the platform for the first time. Depending on your
User Account, you maybe able to access the Vibe Portal and the Admin Console.
First-Time Login
Prerequisites
An existing Vibe user with an Admin role can set you up as a User, or you can contact Vibe Support to request an account. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for an email with the subject line “Ready. Set. Vibe!”.
Click the link and follow the steps to create your account.
- After logging in, you’ll have the option to enable Two-factor Authentication for added security.
Vibe-Managed Login
Open your Vibe.fyi portal URL : Use your organisation’s sign‑in page.
Enter your email address : Use the email your admin registered.
Enter your password
Once Signed-in, you’ll be redirected to the Vibe Portal.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
- If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can sign in with your usual work credentials. When you open the Vibe link provided by your admin, you will see the login page. Clicking “Log in with your Microsoft account” will guide you through signing in to your Microsoft account.

Resetting or Changing Your Password
If you forgot your password
- Go to your Vibe portal URL
- Select Forgotten Your Password?

- Enter your email address and click the Send button

- Check your Email inbox for the reset email
- Follow the link to create a new password

- Return to the login page and sign in again. If your browser has cached data, it’s a good idea to use a private/incognito window to avoid any login issues.
Please check your email junk folder if the email does not show immediately in your primary inbox.
If no email is received, contact your Vibe.fyi administrator or
support@vibe.fyi.
If you want to change your password while logged in
- Open Your Account page.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Save your changes.

Unlock Account (Locked Account)
- You maybe locked out of your account due to entering invalid login details too many times
- You can wait for your account to be unlocked automatically after 30 minutes
- Or contact your administrator to request access

FAQ
Confirm you’re using the email your admin registered.
Check for typos or extra spaces.
Reset your password if needed.
Ensure your phone’s time is set to automatic.
Try a fresh code.
If still failing, your admin may need to reset your 2FA.
