Quick Reference Guide

Task
Creating a Slide ​	Click Create New Slide, select a template, and give your slide a name. Not sure which template to use? Use the filters, search bar, or hover over a template to watch a quick tour video.
Adding Your Content	Select your preferred option in the Content Source dropdown. Use the inbuilt editor for quick manual updates directly in the portal. For bulk updates, download and edit your slide’s XLSX data template. Prefer real-time updates? Connect your slides to an integrated data source for automated syncing.
Design Customisation	Save time and upload your brand assets to your theme or create multiple themes for seasonal or brand variations. For deeper customisation, use the Design tab in the slide editor to update layout, colours, fonts, and more.
Publishing & Frequency	Adjust your slide duration (e.g., 10 seconds) for optimal viewing. Use frequency settings like Display Order, Number of Items, and Advanced Schedule to control when and how often your content appears. Ready to go live? Add your slide to a playlist. Remember to use the Snapshot tool to create a custom thumbnail for your slide (this appears in your Slide Library, making slides easier to identify at a glance). All changes in the slide editor are automatically saved. Find your saved slides in the Slide Library, accessible via the Slide Manager.
