Launching a Focused Office Event (Vaccination Day / Blood Donation Drive)

A mid-size company runs important community and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year, including vaccination days and blood donation drives. To make sure employees don’t miss these moments, the communications team promotes one standout event at a time—using the Events Single Template to deliver a clear, consistent “event spotlight” experience.

For each campaign, the team creates a dedicated Events Single slide and publishes it to a shared internal feed that pushes to all in-office screens. The slide is built to communicate the essentials at a glance: a bold event title, a prominent date tile, and a concise agenda showing what’s happening and when staff can participate. A clear time window (for example, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM) helps employees immediately understand the best time to stop by, even if they’re rotating through shifts or moving between departments
