Transform employee downtime into an engaging experience with NZ Live TV on your workplace digital signage screens. From afternoon music and daily news to live sports updates, you can easily pre-schedule content that keeps your workplace informed, energized, and connected throughout the day.

When major live events come up, Screen Takeover  feature can ensure they take full priority—automatically taking over what’s currently playing on your screens at the right moment. This allows important broadcasts to be shown exactly when needed, without any manual intervention.
Behind the scenes, features like adjustable volume controls and built-in error visuals work together to deliver a smooth and reliable experience.

This infotainment slide is especially useful for scenarios like Football World Cup match coverage, where live games are scheduled to take over screens exactly when they begin—helping you deliver memorable, real-time moments for your audience.

Info
Disclaimer
This infotainment stream is provided as a complimentary service using third-party links from an external New Zealand provider. As such, streaming quality may vary depending on network conditions—especially during high-traffic periods such as major live events or peak viewing times.

You may briefly encounter a timeout error (as below) when selecting a channel. This is expected when many viewers are accessing the same stream simultaneously. Please allow a moment for the stream to load and stabilize—your platform is working as intended, and playback should resume shortly.

For optimal performance, we recommend using a fixed, stable internet connection.
If disruptions persist, you may consider the following alternatives:
  1. Sharing YouTube Live broadcasts through our Livestream template.
  2. Connecting a laptop directly via HDMI to access paid streaming services.
Please be aware that this service is provided "as-is" without warranty, and Vibe.fyi cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or streaming quality due to factors outside our control. Content availability and broadcast schedules are also subject to change based on third-party providers.

Use-Case Scenario

Football World Cup: Game On with Screen Takeover

An airport hotel uses the New Zealand Free-to-Air TV infotainment slide across its lobby, lounge, and bar area screens to enhance the guest experience—particularly during major sporting events like the Football World Cup. The hotel selects the TV channel within the slide, allowing guests to enjoy relevant live content, including New Zealand football matches, while they wait for flights or relax between travels.

To ensure guests never miss key moments, the hotel schedules the Screen Takeover feature in advance. During match times, the slide automatically overrides regular playlist content and switches all designated screens to the live broadcast. Once set up with the correct dates and times, no manual intervention is needed—the transition happens seamlessly when the game begins.

This approach not only creates a lively and engaging atmosphere but also ensures a consistent and timely viewing experience. By combining scheduled content with automated live event takeovers, the hotel delivers both entertainment and convenience, making shared spaces more inviting and memorable for travelers.
