Scheduling with "Advanced Schedule"
Get the timing right. The Advanced Schedule feature puts you in control of when and how often slides appear on screen.
Eyes open! Slides start playing automatically once they are added to a playlist — the default schedule is ‘Start and Play Forever’. When you need more control, toggle on Vibe's Advanced Schedule — where you decide exactly when and how often your messaging appears.
Choose a Schedule Type
In the Slide Editor, go to the Attributes tab and toggle on Advanced Schedule — just make sure your content is ready to go first!
Schedule 1 – One-Time Dates
Use this option for events or announcements that happen on a specific date and time — perfect for high-priority or time-sensitive messages without the risk of accidental repeats.
Example: This slide will show twice on the same day for 2 hours each time. Breakfast time 7-9am and lunch time 11am-1pm.
Schedule 2 – Recurring Dates
Use this option to repeat your slide at set intervals — perfect for reinforcing messages over time through spaced repetition.
Example: This Information Bar will show on weekdays, all-day.
Content Scheduling Suggestions
Before scheduling, we recommend to make sure your content is pre-loaded and ready to go:
- Create a slide using Vibe's Dynamic Templates
- Preload clear Content and Messaging
- Explore combinations using Display Order and Number of Items to suit the purpose of the content.
Example: Preloaded internal communications content, with a Random Display Order and Number of Items limited to show one message each time the slide is seen on screen.
Drip Feeding
To space content over a specific period of time.
- Use Recurring Dates with a Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly cadence and consider all-day or multiple times within a day.
- For admin clarity, set a Recurring Date Range that covers your intended campaign period.
Example: This slide will show on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, all day from October 22 2025 to October 22 2026.
Spaced Repetition
To alternate content across different days.
Choose a Weekly cadence and select relevant Weekdays to suit.
- Assign specific Times each day, to show different content topics on different days.
Consider a Monthly or Yearly pattern, to have a longer cadences for different content themes and purposes. Ideal for training programs, H&S reminders and cyber security policy.
Example: This slide will show on the 2nd Monday of every month, all day.
Set-and-Forget
To minimise management.
- Define a clear One-time Date or Recurring Date Range for the campaigns duration.
- Keep the schedule simple with one primary cadence (Daily or Weekly)
- Choose All Day for maximum visibility, or setup a few Start/End times if you want tighter control.
Example: This content will show from October 22 2025 to October 23 2025
