Scheduling with "Advanced Schedule"

Scheduling with "Advanced Schedule"

Get the timing right. The Advanced Schedule feature puts you in control of when and how often slides appear on screen.
Using Vibe's philosophy of drip feedingspaced repetition, and set & forget, you can deliver engaging content, reinforce key messages and let Vibe do the rest.
InfoEyes open! Slides start playing automatically once they are added to a playlist — the default schedule is ‘Start and Play Forever’. When you need more control, toggle on Vibe's Advanced Schedule — where you decide exactly when and how often your messaging appears.

Choose a Schedule Type

In the Slide Editor, go to the Attributes tab and toggle on Advanced Schedule — just make sure your content is ready to go first!

Schedule 1 – One-Time Dates

Use this option for events or announcements that happen on a specific date and time — perfect for high-priority or time-sensitive messages without the risk of accidental repeats.
Idea
Example: This slide will show twice on the same day for 2 hours each time. Breakfast time 7-9am and lunch time 11am-1pm.

Schedule 2 – Recurring Dates

Use this option to repeat your slide at set intervals — perfect for reinforcing messages over time through spaced repetition.
Idea
Example: This Information Bar will show on weekdays, all-day.

Before scheduling, we recommend to make sure your content is pre-loaded and ready to go:
  1. Create a slide using Vibe's Dynamic Templates
  2. Preload clear Content and Messaging
  3. Explore combinations using Display Order and Number of Items to suit the purpose of the content.
