Content Source
Once you have created your slide using the Countdown template, choose a content source to start adding your content:
Web Portal
- Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
- Add your info or content,
- Click [Add Content] to add info via the content editor and click [Save]
- Repeat steps to add more content
- When you are ready to go live, add your Countdown slide to one or more playlists.
File Upload (XLSX)
- Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
- Download the Countdown data template
- Use the data template (XLSX file) to add rotating text
- Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
- When you are ready to go live, add your Countdown slide to 1 or more playlists
Google Sheets
Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.- Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Countdown.xlsx
- Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Countdown.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data

Can I remove the Shape 1 of the timer?
Yes, You can hide Shape 1 by setting its opacity to 0%.
This makes the shape fully transparent while keeping its space in the layout. To restore visibility, increase the opacity back to a visible value (e.g., 100%).
How do I move the countdown timer?
Click the position icon next to Shape 1 and choose your desired location for the countdown timer.
How often should I refresh countdown content?
Refresh when the target event date approaches or when new details (location, agenda, or offers) are confirmed. Update copy and visuals to reflect any changes.
