Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Events (Hero 3) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Add an event

    1. Click [Add Content] to enter your event information using the content editor, then click [Save]
      OR,
    2. Optional: Drag-and-drop event image(s) into the Upload field.
    3. Repeat to add more events
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Events slide to 1 or more playlists.

File upload (XSLX)

  1. Select File Upload (XSLX) from the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Events (Hero 3) XSLX data template

  3. To manage events via the XLSX data template, use the available columns to key in the event details (one event per row).

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Event slide to 1 or more playlists

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_B.xslx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_B.xslx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

Design

  1. Don’t need to show the event time? Use the Time toggle to show or hide this detail, allowing you to simplify the design when the date alone is enough or highlight time-specific events when needed.

  2. Slide Title Style Choose from two distinct title styles to suit your design needs. One style features the title in the top right corner for a clean, subtle look, while the second option adds a bold bar across the top header, giving your title extra prominence and making it stand out. Pick the style that best compliments your brand and overall visual design.

FAQ

What’s the ideal number of events to feature in the hero
You should feature at least 4 events in the hero. Four events fit cleanly on a slide and keep the hero visually strong. The slide template can handle up to 10 events entries—the extra events will rotate in as part of the slide’s animation, so you can add more without crowding the view.
Can I change the hero image per event?
Yes; use a different hero image for each major event to emphasize importance.
Can I change the design of the title
Yes, you can change the style of the Title. Just go to Elements Tab and select the Style.
  • For the circular header look, choose Style 1 (circle style).
  • For the modern, horizontal header, choose Style 2 (horizontal header style).
