Events (Hero 3)

Effortlessly Showcase Your Upcoming Events! Keep your team informed and engaged with the 'Events Hero 3' template, which features a rotating display of date-based events. You can display upcoming events using the default background or upload your own event images to enhance the message without overwhelming it. This slide is perfect for highlighting anything from social club gatherings and staff sports to important date-based reminders.

Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Events (Hero 3) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Add an event

    1. Click [Add Content] to enter your event information using the content editor, then click [Save]
      OR,
    2. Optional: Drag-and-drop event image(s) into the Upload field.
    3. Repeat to add more events
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Events slide to 1 or more playlists.

File upload (XSLX)

  1. Select File Upload (XSLX) from the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Events (Hero 3) XSLX data template

  3. To manage events via the XLSX data template, use the available columns to key in the event details (one event per row).

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Event slide to 1 or more playlists

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_B.xslx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_B.xslx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

  1. Don’t need to show the event time? Use the Time toggle to show or hide this detail, allowing you to simplify the design when the date alone is enough or highlight time-specific events when needed.

  2. Slide Title Style Choose from two distinct title styles to suit your design needs. One style features the title in the top right corner for a clean, subtle look, while the second option adds a bold bar across the top header, giving your title extra prominence and making it stand out. Pick the style that best compliments your brand and overall visual design.
