Content source

Once you have created your slide using the Events (Today) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Select Web Portal from the Content Source dropdown


  2. Add an event
    1. Click [Add Content] to enter your event information using the content editor, then click [Save].


  3. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Select File Upload (XLSX) from the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Events (Today) XLSX data template


  3. To manage events via the XLSX data template, use the available columns to key in the event details (one event per row).

  4. Save your changes and upload the saved XLSX file into the slide editor.


  5. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

Date/Time

Expected Behaviour for Date Time Overlay

Vibe shows the Date Time Overlay based on the time zone of each device. When you’re previewing slides (including using the 'Preview As' dropdown), you’ll see the date/time in your own local time zone — it won’t switch to another screen’s time zone. As long as each screen’s time zone is set correctly in its system settings, everything will show up at the right time, wherever it is in the world.

  2. Customize Date/Time Widget - Enhance your presentation by using the toggle to show or hide the Date & Time widget as needed. This feature allows you to keep your slides clean and focused or provide important time-related information when necessary. Additionally, you can modify or adjust the styling of the widget to match your slide design. Use the color picker to choose the perfect background color, adjust the font color for better readability, and select a font style that complements your overall theme. You can also change the letter casing to suit your preference, whether it's all caps for emphasis or sentence case for a more traditional look. These customization options ensure that your Date & Time widget seamlessly integrates with your slide template, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.


  3. Shape - Transform your presentation by customizing the shape background color of your event details. By changing the colors, you can highlight key points, create visual interest, and ensure your content stands out
