Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Profiles (50/50) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Select Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Add profiles to the slide:
    1. Click [Add Content] to upload images via the content editor and click [Save]
      OR,
    2. Drag-and-drop one or more images via the Upload field

    3.  Repeat step a to add more Profiles
    4. Add a QR Code URL if you wish viewers to scan the QR code. It will automatically create the QR code using the URL.
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Profiles 50/50 slide to one or more playlists.

Notes:
  1. All changes in the slide editor are auto-saved.
  2. Use the content 'Display Order' and 'Number of Items' to deliver your Profiles at the perfect frequency and sequencing so your audience tunes in, not out.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Profiles (50/50) data template

  3. To add images via the XLSX file, add one valid image URL to each row in the Image column as well as in the QR Code URL field

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Profile slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Profiles5050.xslx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Profiles5050.xslx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Profiles5050.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Profiles5050.xslx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.
