Use-Case Scenario

Profiles Spotlight – Client of the Month (In-House Gym)
A steel distributor runs an on-site or in-house gym program for employees and key client teams that visit facilities for training, safety, or wellness initiatives. Each month, the gym spotlights one client (could be a contractor team, maintenance crew, or a client’s on-site team) to celebrate improvements, safety milestones, or collaboration success. The goal is to strengthen partnerships, promote health & safety culture, and showcase tangible client outcomes in a visually compelling format.

Using Vibe.fyi, the gym team publishes a Client Spotlight slide to internal screens, break rooms, and the company intranet. Each month’s spotlight features a client’s name, role or team, a short achievement summary, and a headshot or team photo. Messaging is professional, appreciative, and aligned with the company’s safety and performance values.
