Real Estate (Listings)

Use a digital screen in your real estate agency window to capture the attention of passersby with dynamic real estate listings, designed to highlight properties in style. This digital screen template, designed specifically for real estate, displays images, prices, and key details making it easy for potential buyers to explore their next property. Integrating with an automated real estate software feed provides a hassle-free solution.

Content Source

Web Portal

  1. Create a slide using the Real Estate (Listings) template.
  2. In the slide editor, select Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  3. Select the Corresponding Tab: Start by choosing the tab where you want to add your content— Properties or Agents

  4. Add images to your Real Estate slide:
    1. Click [Add Content] to upload data via the content editor and click [Save]
      OR,
    2. Drag-and-drop one or more images via the Upload field.

    3.  Repeat steps a and/or b to add more images.
  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Real Estate (Listings) slide to one or more playlists.
Notes:
  1. Content Editor options include image upload (JPG/GIF/PNG/GIF, <30 MB) and an optional title/summary.
  2. All changes in the slide editor are auto-saved.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Create a slide using the Real Estate (Listings) template.
  2. Select File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and download the default spreadsheet.

  3. To manage listings using the XLSX data template, enter real estate details into the available columns (one listing per row).

      Note: Ensure that the Agent Name matches the Name input from the Agents Tab

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor.

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Real Estate (Listings) slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_RealEstateListings.xlsx.

  2. Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_RealEstateListings.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data.

  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet.
