Date/Time

Expected Behaviour for Date Time Overlay

Vibe shows the Date Time Overlay based on the time zone of each device. When you’re previewing slides (including using the 'Preview As' dropdown), you’ll see the date/time in your own local time zone — it won’t switch to another screen’s time zone. As long as each screen’s time zone is set correctly in its system settings, everything will show up at the right time, wherever it is in the world.

Use-Case Scenario

Quote

A growing multinational company uses the Schedule slide template to keep staff aligned across two main locations (Executive Suite and Innovation Hub) and remote teammates. With multiple concurrent meetings, team leads need everyone to understand the day’s agenda at a glance.

Using the Schedule template, they publish a dedicated Schedule panel to all in‑office displays and shared dashboards. The slide presents upcoming meetings with clear Start Time, Meeting Summary, and Location columns. A small top‑right clock shows the current time, helping staff synchronize across time zones and rooms.
