Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Translations template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
Add your Translations, Phrases and Calendar

Click [Add Content] to input your content via editor and click [Save]
Repeat steps a and select the corresponding tab to add more content

When you are ready to go live, add your Translations slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
Download the Translations data template
Use the data template (XLSX file) to add title, summary and category

Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
When you are ready to go live, add your Translations slide to one or more playlists

Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Translations.xlsx
Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Translations.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

Category	Free format. Use consistent spelling and capitalization. Should match input from Phrases tab

Weekday	Free format. This field is for entering the name of the day of the week, such as Monday, Tuesday, etc.
Weekday Translation	Free format. Enter the equivalent name of the weekday in another language or format
Month	Free format. Input the month name related to the data, like January, February, etc.
Month Translation	Free format. Enter the translated or alternate version of the month
Season	Free format. Enter the season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) related to the month or data.
Season Translation	Free format. Input the translation or alternative name for the season.
