Data (Multi-bubble)

Visualize and Share Critical Metrics with Ease! Elevate your data presentations with the Data Multi-Bubble template, designed to bring clarity to your team’s performance. Display up to four dynamic data bubbles, perfect for showcasing sales metrics, KPIs, or long-term indicators in a highly visual format. With the ability to compare current progress against last month’s results and upcoming targets, this template ensures that everyone stays aligned and informed.

Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (Multi-bubble) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Add data to you multi bubble slide 
    1. Click [Add Content] to input your data via the content editor
    2. Use these fields to add your data

    3. Click [Save]
    4. Repeat steps to add more data bubbles
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Bubble) slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Data(Multi-bubble) template
  3. To add data via the XLSX file, add valid values to the fields.

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Bubble) slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Design 

  1. Shape 1 - Select the Gradient On icon to add gradient effects to your bubbles, enhancing your design and focusing attention on your data.
  2. Shape 2 - Adjust the color and opacity of Shape 2's background overlay using the color picker.
