Data (Multi-bubble)

This template enables you to display up to four dynamic data bubbles at a time, making it ideal for showcasing sales metrics, KPIs, or long-term goals in a visually impactful way. Compare current progress with last month’s results and upcoming targets to keep your team aligned and informed at a glance.

Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (Multi-bubble) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Use the content editor to add your data:
    1. Click [Add Content]
    2. Use these fields to add your data

    3. Click [Save]
    4. Repeat steps to add more data bubbles
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Bubble) slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the XLSX data template for the Data (Multi-bubble) template
  3. Use the XSLX file to add your data bubbles (one row per bubble)

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Bubble) slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Set the Content Source dropdown to File Upload (XLSX) and download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx file

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Set the Content Source dropdown to File Upload (XLSX) and download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx file

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiBubble.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Design 

  1. Shape 1
    1. Colour - Use the inbuilt colour picker to easily adjust the colour and opacity of your data bubbles.
    2. Gradient - Toggle the Gradient button to add/hide the bubble gradient effect.
  2. Shape 2 - Use the colour picker to select a complimentary colour and set the opacity to enhance your slide design and focus attention on your data.
