Data (Multi-Dial)

Track KPIs and Financial Data with Clarity!

The Data Multi-Dial template is designed to clearly display your key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial figures. Each dial showcases numbers, dollar amounts, or percentages, indicating whether you’re hitting your targets. With space for up to 12 dials, this slide offers a detailed and visually engaging summary of your critical metrics.



Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (Multi-Dial) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add data to your multi-dial slide 
    1. Click [Add Content] to input your data via the content editor

    2. Use these fields to add your data

    3. Click [Save]
    4. Repeat steps to add more data dial
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Dial) slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Data(Multi-Dial) template

  3. To add data via the XLSX file, enter valid values in the designated fields.

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (Multi-Dial) slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiDial.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiDial.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

InfoFollow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiDial.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataMultiDial.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

If you have selected 'File Upload (XLSX)', 'Google Sheets' or 'SharePoint (XLSX)' as your content source, use this section as a guide for formatting the data in your spreadsheet.

Supported Data Formats

Numeric value only - Use these fields to set the data range.
e.g., if your rate is 0-100, enter 0 in the Min field and 100 in the Max field.
Plan
Numeric value only. Enter the plan data metric for your dataset
Actual
Numeric value only. Enter the actual data metric for your dataset
Prefix Enter a value to prepend to your line values e.g. $,¥, etc.
SuffixEnter a value to append to your line values e.g. M, B, etc.

  1. Graph -  Customize your graphs for better clarity and visual appeal, ensuring your data is both informative and engaging. Adjusting colors can help highlight specific data points, differentiate between multiple datasets, or simply align your graphs with your preferred color scheme.
  2. Box - Transform your visuals! 🎨✨ Use the color picker to change the graph background shape and enhance your data presentation.
