How do I find the model number for my device?
The model name for devices is usually located in one of the following places:
  • On the back or side of the device (a sticker or engraved label)
  • On the original packaging
  • In the device settings (for smart devices or TVs)
How can I find the screen model from a Vibe app running on screen?
  1. Open Vibe admin, and go to License
  2. Click on the Manage Device option, and select a device
  3. You will see the Model Name listed


How can I find the screen model series from a Vibe app running on screen?
  1. Open Vibe admin, and go to License
  2. Click on the Manage Device option, and select a device
  3. You will see the Model Name listed
  4. Series appears after Size. In this example:
    1. 43 is the size of the TV screen.
    2. Model 43UM3DF belongs to the UM3 Series.
