Install Troubleshooting Tips

General

  1. App not syncing or downloading? 'Get auth token error' showing in the logs?
If the auth code you've entered is confirmed as correct, check the LG Settings > General > Time & Date settings. The timezone and date/time must be accurate in order for the app to function correctly.

  2. If the Vibe.fyi player app settings do not open automatically after restarting your screen, press the YELLOW button on the remote to open the settings manually.

LG WebOS6

  1. If an error occurs during the first sync and save attempt, try restarting the screen.
  2. If a -10 network error occurs after you have installed the Vibe.fyi player app, try upgrading the LG firmware.
