Coordinating Dynamic Quick-Service Menus Across Franchise Outlets
A fast casual chain with franchise locations uses Vibe.fyi to synchronize digital menus across all front-of-house screens, drive-thru boards, and in-kiosk menus. The operations team runs weekly promos, daily specials, and region-specific items, and needs a single, scalable way to push updates without requiring store-by-store edits.
Using Vibe.fyi, they publish the Menu Quick Service template to every display. The template’s layout balances promo areas with full item catalogs, making it easy to feature daily specials (like kebab & fries) while still showing the complete menu.
During peak hours, the marketing team sets a regional promo—such as a “Lunch Time Offer” for kebab & fries—and the template automatically highlights the promo on the right while the left side continues to display standard menu items. The system can rotate images and captions to keep the screen dynamic without increasing ordering friction for customers.
Because the template is uniform across all locations, customers enjoy a consistent experience whether they’re ordering at a kiosk in New York, a drive-thru board in Chicago, or a lobby screen in Dallas.
