Content is off centre

If the content is off centre, try using the LG remote arrow keys to move the content back into position.

Video is zoomed in/cut off

Try turning tile mode off using the Tile button on your remote.

Video is displaying on a corner of the screen.

If the video is off-center,try updating the LG firmware or contact support@vibe.fyi


Screen is frozen.


If you see this screen is frozen on this menu please disable play via URL
Settings ->Play Via Url->URL Loader (Turn off)
