Data (2 Dials)

Net Promoter Scores are great to show your team and employee how they are performing in comparison to a national standard. This 2-dial design is ideal for showing your Weekly or Monthly NPS score for two feeds. You can compare your Industry standard or with another location/branch.

Create a Data (2 Dials) slide

Manage via web portal 

  1. Create a new slide using the Data (2 Dials)
  2. In the slide editor > Attributes tab, select the Web Portal content source option
  3. To add your team profiles, click the Plus button and use the optional Image, Title, Subtitle and Summary fields to add your content
  4. Click [Save]
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more profiles.

Data Dial settings

  1. Title: Word count is approx <2 words
  2. Min: Use a numeric value to set the lowest value in the target range
  3. Max: Use a numeric value to set the highest value in the target range
  4. Current Value: Use a numeric value to show the current score
  5. Previous Value: Use a numeric value to show the previous score
  6. Value Prefix: Preferably characters ($, %)
  7. Value Suffix: Preferably characters ($, %)

Manage Via file upload (XSLX)

  1. Create a new slide using the Data(2 dials) template
  2. In the slide editor > Attributes tab, select the File Upload (XSLX) content source option
  3. Download the data template
  4. Use the data template (XLSX file) to add your Dials in the slide. Fill the spreadsheet.

  5. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
  6. When you are ready to go live, add your Data Dials slide to 1 or more playlists

Content Tips

Duration

Use the duration setting in the Attributes to determine how long each dial stays onscreen before showing more.

Advanced Schedule and Screen Takeover 

Use the Advanced Schedule and Screen Takeover to share your slide onscreen at a specific time.
