The Data (2-Dials) template is designed for easy comparison of key metrics, such as Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Featuring two dynamic dials, it provides a clear and engaging way to show differences between weekly or monthly performance and benchmarks.
Keep your team informed and motivated by showcasing how their results compare across locations or industry standards.

Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (2 Dials) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add your data dial - Click [Add Content] to input your data using these fields in the content editor: 
    1. Click [Save]
    2. Repeat steps to add more data dials
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Data (2 Dials) data template

  3. Use the saved data template (XLSX file) to add your dial data

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data2Dials.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data2Dials.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your dial data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data2Dials.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data2Dials.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your dial data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Supported Data Formats

Use this information as a guide for managing your dial data:

Min / MaxNumeric value only - Use these fields to set the data range. e.g., if your rate is 0-100, enter 0 in the Min field and 100 in the Max field.
Current Value
Numeric value only. Enter the current data metric for your dataset.
Previous ValueNumeric value only. Use this field to show the comparison data.

Design

  1. Shape 1 > Gradient: Easily toggle the gradient style on or off to customise the look of your template.


  2. Shape 2 Arc: Customise the colour of each arc inside the dials using the inbuilt colour picker. Create a vibrant 'rainbow' effect, a uniform look with matching colours, or align with your brand using preloaded themes, the colour picker, or hex codes.

  3. Dial Pointer: Choose from a variety of preset pointers options including Bookmark, Cross, Diamond, Hammer, Needle, Sketch, and Wedge. Choose a pointer that enhances clarity and engagement in your presentation.
