Easily monitor performance with the Data 3-Dials template, a dynamic visual tool that updates in real-time to showcase Today’s, Weekly, and Monthly metrics. Originally designed for tracking Net Promoter Scores, this template is perfect for other key Sales metrics. The 3-dial layout keeps your team informed, motivated, and aligned with their targets, ensuring clear communication and engagement.



Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (3 Dials) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add your Data,
    1. Click [Add Content] to input your data via the content editor
    2. Use these fields to add your data
    3. Click [Save]
    4. Repeat steps to add more data
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Data slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Data (3 Dials) data template

  3. Use the data template (XLSX file) to add data

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your Data (3 Dials) slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data3Dials.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data3Dials.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data3Dials.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Data3Dials.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Current Label
Free Format. Use this field to set the label for your current data. e.g. This Week, Today, This Month
Current Value
Numeric value only. Enter the current data metric for your dataset.
Previous Label
Free format. Use this field to set the label for your comparison data. e.g., Last Week, Last Month, Last Year
Previous ValueNumeric value only. Use this field to show the comparison data.
Min / Max
Numeric value only - Use these fields to set the data range.
e.g., if your rate is 0-100, enter 0 in the Min field and 100 in the Max field.

Design

  1. Shape 1 - Change the background color and opacity of the data dials using the color picker from Shape 1.
  2. Shape 2 - Change the color of each of the arc inside the dials using the color picker in Shape 2

  3. Pointer -This interface provides various pointers to enhance clarity and engagement in your presentation. Choose from Bookmark, Cross, Diamond, Hammer, Needle, Sketch, and Wedge.
