Jobs

In this slide, we can highlight the multitude of possibilities available for a Job. Whether you're interested in technology, healthcare, arts, engineering, finance, or any other field, there's a promising career awaiting you.

Create a Jobs

Manage via web portal

  1. Create a new slide using the Jobs template
  2. In the slide editor > Attributes tab, select Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  3. To add your data to the Slide, click the Plus button and enter the required text.
  4. Click [Save]
Optional - Repeat step 3 to add additional job items.
When you are ready to go live, add your Jobs slide to 1 or more playlists

Manage via file upload(XLSX)

  1. Create a new slide using the Jobs template
  2. In the slide editor > Attributes tab, select File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  3. Download the data template

  4. Use the data template (XLSX file) to manage your Jobs.
  5. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
Use separate rows to manage multiple jobs in your template.
When you are ready to go live, add your Jobs slide to 1 or more playlists.

Content Tips

Slide Title

Use the Slide Title and/or Sub Title in the Attributes tab to add meaningful headings to your slide.

Duration

Use the duration setting in the Attributes to determine how long each job item shows onscreen.

Advanced Schedule and Screen Takeover 

Use the Advanced Schedule or Screen Takeover to pre set the publish dates for your slide.

Design Tips

Item Image Coverage

Use this design setting to manage how images are displayed in this template:
  1. Fill & Cover - This option is useful for ensuring that there all images fill and cover the screen.  NB: This may result in images being cropped in order to fill the screen.

  2. Fit & Contain - This option is useful images that need to be contained within the screen area (e.g. icons, logos, etc).
