Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Noticeboard (Grid) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Select Web Portal from the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add notice:
    1. Click [Add Content] to enter your event information using the content editor, then click [Save].
      OR,
    2. Optional: Drag-and-drop event image(s) into the Upload field

    3. Repeat steps a and/or b to add more images
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Noticeboard slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown.
  2. Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  3. To add images via the XLSX file, add one valid image URL to each row in the Image column (e.g. https://cdn-azureprod.vibe.fyi/.../picture1.jpeg)

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
  5.  When you are ready to go live, add your Noticeboard slide to one or more playlists.
     

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Design  

  1. Shape - Experiment with different colors for the shape backgrounds to enhance the visual appeal of your slides and ensure they align with your content and theme! 
    Use the color picker to select a hue from the spectrum or enter a hex code for precise coloring.

  2. Slide Title Layout - Create a title layout that effectively enhances communication and captures your audience’s attention by uploading your own graphic shape. Select "Graphic" under Slide Title Layout.
