Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Noticeboard (Slice) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Select Web Portal from the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add notice:
    1. Click [Add Content] to enter your event information using the content editor, then click [Save].
      OR,
    2. Optional: Drag-and-drop event image(s) into the Upload field

    3. Repeat steps a and/or b to add more images
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your Noticeboard slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown.
  2. Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  3. To add images via the XLSX file, add one valid image URL to each row in the Image column (e.g. https://cdn-azureprod.vibe.fyi/.../picture1.jpeg)

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5.  When you are ready to go live, add your Noticeboard slide to one or more playlists.
     

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Noticeboard.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Design  

  1. Shape 1 - Experiment with different colors for the shape backgrounds to enhance the visual appeal of your slides and ensure they align with your content and theme! 

    The color picker will display a spectrum of colors. You can either choose from the standard colors or enter a specific hex color code if you have a precise shade in mind. Click and drag within the color picker to select your desired hue.

  3. Image - Adjust slide's geometric shapes and its color to create a visually striking border around the central image. The overall design balances aesthetics and functionality, ensuring the image remains the focal point while the unique border adds a distinctive flair.
