Use this Photoboard (Manual) template to improve internal communications. This template is ideal for displaying pre-made images, icons, or logos because it provides a dynamic and new visual experience every time it is shown. Users may quickly arrange their material and allow the slide to shuffle its components at random, maintaining the visual attractiveness and engagement of your messaging. The Photoboard (Manual) is a great tool to maintain a dynamic display of key information and reinforce company values. It makes updates simple and keeps your material engaging and up to date.


Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Photoboard Manual template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add your Photos,
    1. Click [Add Content] to upload images via the content editor and click [Save]
      OR
    2. Drag-and-drop one or more photos via the Upload field

    3. Repeat steps a and/or b to add more content
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Photoboard (Manual) data template

  3. Use the data template (XLSX file) to add an optional title, summary and/or image.

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide edito

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to 1 or more playlists

Google Sheets

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Photoboard-Manual.xlsx 

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Photoboard-Manual.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Photoboard-Manual.xlsx 

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_Photoboard-Manual.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

If you have selected 'File Upload (XLSX)', 'Google Sheets' or 'SharePoint (XLSX)' as your content source, use this section as a guide for formatting the data in your spreadsheet.

Design

  1. Slide Title Layout - This feature provides users with the freedom to choose the title layout design that best fits their presentation's theme and message. If Graphic is selected user have the option to upload their own images to serve as an overlay for the title.
