Easily integrate images or logos and customize results within your spreadsheet for a polished presentation. Content Source
Once you have created your slide using the Podium template, choose a content source to start adding your content:
Web Portal
- Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
- Add your Groups
- Click [Add Content] to upload images via the content editor and click [Save]
OR - Drag-and-drop your Group's Image via the Upload field
- Repeat steps a and/or b to add more Group data
- Add your Results
- Click [Add Content] to upload results via the content editor and click [Save]
- When you are ready to go live, add your Podium slide to one or more playlists.
File Upload (XLSX)
- Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
- Download the Podium data template
- Fill in the data template. Add your group names on the Groups tab first, then add your results on the Results tab using those same group names. See How Groups work below.

- Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor
- When you are ready to go live, add your Podium slide to one or more playlists
Google Sheets
Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
- Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_PodiumTop10.xlsx
- Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_PodiumTop10.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
- Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

How Groups work
Each group is its own podium. The slide shows the top places for one group, then moves on to the next.
One leaderboard: use the same group name on every row of the Results tab.
Several leaderboards: give each one its own group name.
Common mistake: Numbering the Group column (1, 2, 3...) to set the rankings. This creates a separate podium for every row, each with only one name on it.

- Group - Highlight your group's name by adjusting the default color to match your brand or theme.
- Shape's color picker - The Color Picker is a versatile tool that allows you to modify the colors of shapes and backgrounds on your slide easily. This feature enhances your presentation's visual appeal by giving you the ability to customize colors to fit your brand or theme.
- 1st Place, 2nd Place & 3rd Place's Graphic Images - Customizable Graphic Images allow you to tailor visual content effortlessly to align with your brand theme or presentation style. These images can be replaced or modified to reflect your unique branding elements, ensuring consistency and enhancing visual appeal.
- Spotlights - Enhance your presentation by toggling on this feature to activate the spotlight effects.

Showcasing Top Performers
A product-led organization uses Podium to recognize and communicate the quarter’s top-selling products across sales desks, boardroom screens, and regional offices. With quarterly results finalized, marketing, sales, and product teams need a clear, visually engaging summary of who led the pack and what it means for the next quarter.
Using the Podium slide template, they publish a dedicated Podium slide in the quarterly briefing deck. The live podium highlights the top three products on white pedestals with numbered ribbons, while the remaining seven positions are listed in a concise 4–10 ranked column. The right-hand panel includes the product names and units sold, reinforcing performance context. A brand logo and tagline sit at the top-right to maintain consistency with corporate visuals. The blue gradient background and ribbon accents ensure the slide remains visually engaging throughout the presentation, keeping top performers in focus without crowding the narrative with excessive text.
