Training (Bubbles)

A Training Template for Learning & Development 

Traditional training methods frequently struggle with long-term retention, but this template designed for workplace digital signage, organises your training content into bite-sized messaging that captures attention and improves retention. Developed with effective ‘spaced repetition’, this template ensures that essential instructions are provided at ideal intervals to reinforce learning over time. Combine it with other slides from this Training category to provide a comprehensive approach to staff development.

Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Training (Bubbles) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add images:
    1. Click [Add Content] to add images in the content editor and click [Save]
      OR,
    2. Drag-and-drop your images into the Upload field
    3. Repeat steps a and/or b to add more images
  3. If you want to add a resource or promotion (Add a Logo, QR Code, Promotion or Call-to-action)
    1. Select the Resource Tab and repeat steps 2.a. & 2.b

    2. Select the resource title back in your content's editor from the Content tab

  4. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.
     

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Training (Bubbles) data template
  3. To add images via the XLSX file, add one valid image URL to each row in the Image column (e.g. https://www.vibe.fyi/media/data-templates/Vibe-Sample-BG04.jpg)

  4. Save your changes and upload the saved XLSX file into the slide editor
  5. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.
     

Google Sheets

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_H.xlsx 

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_H.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_H.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_H.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Design 

  1. Keywords Enhance your presentation by using keywords. Keywords will highlight any text from your Heading, Summary or Tip.
  • Shape 1 - Choose from Shape Graphics in the Portal Design Tab to suit your content. Bubble, Chatbox, Heart, Quad, Round. Try them all out and see what you can produce!
