Create Your Own Learning Program

Create Your Own Learning Program

Turn everyday workplace communications into an ongoing learning and awareness program. Vibe makes it easy to create and deliver learning programs that keep important information visible, reinforce key messages and encourage employee participation. Whether you're promoting workplace safety, cybersecurity awareness, wellbeing or respectful workplace behaviour, you can combine informative slides, quizzes, employee recognition, events and surveys to build a program that suits your organisation.

In this guide, we'll use Vibe's free Respect@Work Program to demonstrate how you can get started, customise content and develop your own ongoing learning program.

Start with Ready-to-Use Content

You don't need to create everything from scratch. Vibe's Respect@Work Program includes two professionally designed, ready-to-use content templates:
  1. Respect@Work – Program Signs
A collection of awareness messages that reinforce respectful behaviour, workplace expectations and personal responsibilities.
Template » You will find this in the 'Programs' tab when you 'Create a new Slide' in your portal. Or recreate it from the Noticeboard Grid Template

  2. Respect@Work – Program Quiz
A collection of quiz questions designed to reinforce learning and encourage employees to think about everyday workplace situations.
Template » You will find this in the 'Programs' tab when you 'Create a new Slide' in your portal. Or recreate it from the Quiz Multi-choice Template.

Info
Both templates contain ready-to-use content that can be published as supplied or customised to reflect your organisation's needs.
Idea
The same approach can be applied to other learning topics, using a combination of informative slides and knowledge checks.

Explore Ideas to Expand Your Program

An effective learning program can go beyond sharing information. Consider introducing activities that encourage employees to participate, recognise positive behaviours and connect learning with everyday workplace experiences.

We've created five Respect@Work examples to demonstrate what's possible.

Make the Program Your Own

Every organisation has different priorities, policies and learning needs. Use Vibe's slide templates to create a program that reflects your workplace.
  1. Choose Your Topic
Focus on a particular learning objective, such as Respect@Work, health and safety, wellbeing or cybersecurity.
  2. Select Your Content
Combine informative messages, quizzes and participation activities.
  3. Personalise Your Slides
Add your branding, policies, contacts and workplace-specific information.
  4. Organise Your Program
Group related slides into playlists and plan how they will be presented.
  5. Reach Your Employees
Share content through digital signage, screensavers, lock screens and other supported Vibe channels.

Keep Learning Visible Throughout the Year

Learning doesn't need to be limited to formal training sessions or annual awareness campaigns. Use Vibe to reinforce important information through regular, bite-sized communications that employees encounter as part of their working day.

Consider a simple ongoing approach:
  1. Introduce: Launch a topic with informative awareness slides.
  2. Educate: Share key messages, examples and practical guidance.
  3. Reinforce: Use quizzes and reminders to support understanding.
  4. Involve: Promote events, surveys and employee participation.
  5. Recognise: Celebrate people who demonstrate positive behaviours.
  6. Refresh: Review and update your content to keep it relevant.
